Nice hotel , very good location. Lot of things to do many places to eat in walking distance.
They put me in a conjoined room. Folks next to me were smoking in the room, were loud so I had to ask to be moved. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Hotel was a bit run down and in need of updates. Staff was nice.
The hotel was adequate - nothing special.
The beds were so comfortable. I loved the brick decor in the room. Everyone at the front desk was fabulous. Shout out to Rocky. And the location was great. 4 blocks from Beale street. Would definitely stay here again
Hotel is nice, the the rooms are great and very clean. However do not valet your car. I had problems from the time I got there until the time I left getting my car from valet. They were very unorganized even though there was barely anyone staying in the hotel (in was Christmas). But outside of that, great place to stay.
beautifully hotel, little more cleaning on headboards and outside baseboard of showers,,,pet pea of mine sine i stay and train in them a lot. Otherwise this would have been perfect.
Nice hotel. Nicely decorated and clean room. Comfortable bed.
The hotel is close to great restaurants and the staff was always very friendly. Clean room with a wonderful view. Not a fan of the hotel restaurant considering how many other choices within walking distance. I will certainly be back to this hotel on my next visit.
The staff was so nice and checking in was a breeze. Chocolate chip cookies, too!
Convenient location, cool modern design, and friendly staff.
Perfect! Clean and great staff..........................
great location and very friendly staff. would recommend to others
Staff was outstanding. Very welcoming and went out of the way to make sure our needs were met. Location was great and within walking distance of many points of interest in downtown Memphis. The room was nice; however. the room was very warm. We tried to adjust the thermostat, but it did not cool down the room. We were unable to sleep due to the room temperature.
Parked in the poorly labeled adjacent garage when I arrived Friday afternoon. Turns out the buried phrase "closes weeknights at 8" that was on their sign, means NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS. Tried calling the posted number at the garage, but it just rang the empty booth I was staring at inside the locked gates. Long story short, when I approached the hotel staff for help, thinking surely someone else must have made this mistake before, I received zero help, was chided for not paying for the valet service, then was told "aren't you glad I helped you how to get your car out of there" after I finally asked a (very nice) monthly parker if they could trigger the exit gate for me. I even received flack when I suggested that they make sure they tell incoming weekend guests that the next door garage will close until Monday morning. They should also probably hire an interior decorator at some point to address some details in the rooms. In our room, there was a wardrobe that was too close to an entry wall, such that a carry on sized rolling suitcase barely made it through the opening. Not a huge deal (kind of comical), but a detail that probably should be addressed. In a nutshell, this hotel is clean, trendy, comfortable (awesome bed), and very well located, as long as you don't run into a problem that you need the staff to help you figure out... or have a large heavy suitcase.
