We stayed at this hotel because price was very good and the location was almost center of all shopping areas we wanted to travel to. Everything was fantastic, we got an early check in, and the room was great. Beds very comfortable and room very clean. We will definitely stay here when in Memphis. Staff was great!
J. Awesome (Twin) was a great front desk assistance to us during our trip! That is what you customer service is all about!!!!
Although the rooms were comfortable for an overnight stay they did not come up to the standards that we have come to expect from the Marriott Hotel Chain. We were a little disappointed with our stay at your hotel on our recent trip because on our previous (numerous) stays at Fairfield Inn Hotels around the country we have had much better rooms and amenities afforded us at or around the save room rate that you charged.
Best hotel for the money and I've stayed at lots of different chains.
I was looking for a quiet getaway, and found it here. The staff were incredibly helpful, as I forgot my cell phone charger and they worked hard to find me one that worked for my phone. They were knowledgeable about the area and their recommendations were spot on. They even helped me navigate around freeway construction! Would definitely go back to this hotel!
The front desk personnel were great. However, they should give ear plugs to block out the freeway sound. Also, the mattress was not comfortable and squeaked when you shifted positions.
I was expecting the run of the mill room accomadations but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and spacious. Much better than we expected.
Stayed for 2 nights. Staff very friendly. Had to change rooms. Seemed like the hotel was going through some remodeling work. This hotel served my needs while on a business trip but would not use it if on vacation with the family.
My wife and I stayed a single night at this hotel as we were visiting the USCIS office in Memphis. The location is maybe 5 minutes away from the office, so the location was great. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There was a nice pool and sauna and a continental breakfast was included in the price. Since most comparable hotels were around the same price, I suppose this is just the going rate in Memphis, but I think the price was a little high for what it was. As I said, the hotel was clean, but it is starting to show its age in some areas. This by no means is intended to imply that the hotel is "falling apart". It's just simply older. If we had to visit this office again, or knew of others who were, I would stay here again.
There was 3 of us girls that stayed in this hotel. And we loved it. We was down there for a passion party convention.. This hotel, every one was really nice, the breakfast was yummy :). the only bad thing was all the cloreine in the hot tub and pool.. but I think that was just because no one else was in it when we was so it wasnt really geting mixed around.. But over all it was deffantly a good hotel and i would stay there again any time..
The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and allowed us to get a quick start on the 2nd leg of our trip.
We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. We were thrown off a little because I booked the room thinking that their was a hot tub in the room. When we got there I found out that there was a public hot tub by the pool. That killed one romantic plan that i had in mind but the room was nice so I can't complain.
People in hotel were very niosy. Bad location. Rooms were the smallest rooms I have ever seen for a Marriot, and that is where we usually stay is in that brand. That hotel should not be affilated with Marriot
Desk personnel was very helpful
Basically we were not at the hotel that much as we were celebrating out 13th wedding anniversary and spent most of our time out, but when we got there and saw the location, we were wanting to change our hotels, but after we decided to stat, we realize that the location doesn't make the hotel and it was a beautiful stay and the staff was exellent!
