When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Great customer service I received additional charges on my invoice and it took several calls to finally speak to someone regarding my issues

I didn’t like when our room air went out while we out exploring Memphis and we come back to report it, then the maintenance service men blamed us for changing setting or touching the device, which we did no such then. Instead of them just handling the problem and moving on. But the front desk made up for that cause I was ready to check out of the hotel to another one. But she( the front desk lady) was polite and moved us right away cause the maintenance men couldn’t give her a time limit on how long it was going to take them.

Loved the piano in the lobby. Valet parking a little steep.

The lobby was nice but the room was very run down .and dirty.

The location of the property was great. It was right where we wanted to be. The staff was friendly at the desk and at the valet. The problems we had were that we had a room that was a lot smaller than what we thought it would be. Though it did have the size bed we wanted, it was the smallest on the floor and did not feel up to the value we paid. There also was no fridge or microwave which I have never encountered in a hotel, let alone one that costs over 100 a night. I feel all and all that we did not get what we paid for, but I do feel the staff was very friendly.

Location was good, but room was very small, not even a chair in the room (although there is a desk.. Go figure.) Bathroom was tiny, cramped. Forced to use valet parking, basically no other parking option. Lobby was like a wind tunnel whenever anyone came in from outside. Room was overpriced for what it was. I typically use this chain of hotels, but this property was a disappointment. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other hotels in downtown Memphis.

The lobby was pretty and misleading to the rest of the facility. The room smelled like bleach, the blinds were broken, the curtains were falling down, the sink was dripping and leaking from the pipe onto the floor. It was extremely loud outside the room in the hallway and overall horrible.

The staff was excellent and the valet was very timely. The hotel on the other hand, is in rough shape and needs some remodeling. The bathroom tiles are broken, the shower head did not work and there was no hot water the last day of my two day visit. This property is certainly not up to the Double Tree standards.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Memphis!

Excellent staff, professional and courteous. Clean room, had a great night sleep and a good shower. Morning breakfast was tasty.

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Outdated rooms---my bathroom had a couple bugs in it on two separate nights. SO...I pretended I was outdoors camping. Staff were quite nice.
