The view and the room were awesome. The place was really clean.

My stay here was very nice from the receptionist Mrs wheeler was very friendly Helpful with all my questions the Resturant breakfast was good and the room was nice and cozy I enjoyed my stay

We loved the staff. Very friendly and helpful. THEY made the stay. The building seemed old and in need of a makeover. A few oddities over the week: ants in the bathroom, a coffee maker that was corroded, a huge waterbug in the hallway (which actually made for hilarious banter with the desk staff. In each instance, our concerns were met and corrected immediately. Like I said, the staff was fabulous. Cookies at the door were a nice touch. For nearly $200/night with tax, I expected at least a mini-fridge. But we did have a comfy stay in comfy beds and that is so important. Thanks for asking.

Our stay was wonderful!! I heard you will be renovating this coming summer. Sounds great, but sad we will not be able to stay there on our next visit.

Great location, within walking distance of lots of entertainment, staff was very nice and accommodating

The room was in a bad shape: stains on the ceiling, run down furniture, no closet: just a metal hanger, no laundry bag, no place for towels storage in the bathroom, shower was a disaster with a bad shower head with weak water. The only good thing in the room was the TV. Hotel staff were not professionally dressed, they definitely need to be more presentable. Hotel not recommended at all

People friendly and helpful, but facility in desperate need of refurbish. Lacks amenities like safe, refrig.

The valet parking operation at this hotel is not efficiently managed and was not a pleasant experience during my stay. Never a thank-you or even an audible word from a valet, even when tipped, and no sense of urgency at all - the young man returning my car parked it actually up on the curb, backed onto the street, so that I would be standing in the street loading my luggage into the back. Upon being tipped and asked to repark it in the actual hotel driveway, he took the money, said nothing, and proceeded back to the car so slowly that I could have walked to the car and back in the same amount of time. After loading my car and preparing to depart, I find that I cannot because three other valet-parked cars are blocking the exit in front, and another parked car blocks the entrance behind, preventing me from even backing out. I wait here unable to leave for 15-20 mins until I step out and head towards the front desk, when suddenly a valet appears and apparently is able move the cars that have blocked mine in, still without a contrite word or apology. These young men are not valets. I suggest that the manager overseeing the parking operation contact his counterpart at The Dewberry in Charleston SC for a list of best practices. Dewberry valets take pride in their work and single-handedly cultivate a seamless experience for guests as they arrive and depart the hotel—pivotal moments in guest interaction with hotel staff as these are first and final impressions. Not staying here again

When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Great customer service I received additional charges on my invoice and it took several calls to finally speak to someone regarding my issues

I didn’t like when our room air went out while we out exploring Memphis and we come back to report it, then the maintenance service men blamed us for changing setting or touching the device, which we did no such then. Instead of them just handling the problem and moving on. But the front desk made up for that cause I was ready to check out of the hotel to another one. But she( the front desk lady) was polite and moved us right away cause the maintenance men couldn’t give her a time limit on how long it was going to take them.

Loved the piano in the lobby. Valet parking a little steep.

The lobby was nice but the room was very run down .and dirty.
