Front desk staff was awesome. HOWEVER, although my room was on the bottom floor; I had to park way over from my room because someone had taken the spot outside my room (didn’t feel very safe…just a Mom and a young child). The room wasn’t welcoming at all. Smelled like mildew (which makes sense because there’s black MOLD all over the ceiling) I have asthma and my child has medical issues. We have both been coughing since we settled in our room. I’m typing this at 12:30 am. If I wasn’t four hours from home; and it was safe for a woman and child to travel at night; I would be checking out and heading home. Definitely won’t make this mistake again

Owner refused to allow my service dog into hotel. But before he did he told me I needed to give him a $100 cash deposit!! He asked completely invasive, inappropriate and illegal questions regarding my need for a service dog. I contacted Days Inn corporate, who sent me back to the owner. Will never stay at a Days Inn again.
