Location, location, location - this area was exactly where we wanted to be. Within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants, it is very convenient. The house is nicely decorated and comfortably appointed, with a great backyard and a nice layout. If we visit Memphis again, we will definitely stay here.

First impressions were that it was a good rental but upon closer inspection things were pretty dirty. The bathrooms especially the floors and showers were not clean. The floors throughout the house were swept but we're in a desperate need of a mop as they turned the bottom of my feet black within a few minutes of walking around. There was hair everywhere and not from anyone in our family. There were also quite a few things that needed repair like the ice machine, dryer, hooks in the bathroom, shower head in one of the bathrooms, fans, toaster, etc. There was also dirty towels in the washer and broken furniture and things in the backyard that needed to be thrown out. This property has the potential to be great with some attention to cleaning, repairs and making the backyard nice like adding a BBQ and a table and chairs. This also wasn't our initial booking, the host had moved us from a previously paid for property to this one. You would think that already having to move us that they would make sure our experience was just as good if not better but unfortunately that was not the case.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear and detailed instructions provided ahead of time.l and in a binder on the table.The house itself was thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the local decor to the lists of restaurants, reflected the host’s effort to ensure guests have a comfortable experience.
