Old fixtures, terrible bed mattress, damaged bathroom door veneer, terrible carpet, air conditioning not cool enough. The good, excellent location and very good customer service.

I had to check out early because the other person room in my group had roaches .

Clean, decent nights sleep and had a locked/gated parking lot

When I checked in room wasn’t ready then they put me in another room that room was occupied by guests already that the night manager forgot to put in the system. When I made it to the second floor open the door the guests was in that room and I walked in on them. I had to go back down stairs tell the attendant so he can find me another room. That took a while then the tv in the room where me and my family was didn’t work not enough towels or tissues kept havent to go back down stairs to request items that was needed

Loved the location, and was impressed with the service. Was not a fan of extremely slow elevator.

Door need maintenance. Did not see the light out ,very very loose.

TV reception was poor. Cable/satellite was very snowy on every channel. Disappointing!

The hotel was nice clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Staff was courteous, housekeeping was very good. This is our "go to" hotel when we are in Memphis.

Room was badly in need of repairs, poor ventilation, paint stripping, mold and mildew detected visually and the moldy smell was persistent. We had to keep window open and turn heating on to tolerate the smell. We would not go back there or recommend this hotel.

The room had fleas in it!!! I changed rooms three time and they all were dirty with hair on the sheets! DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE!

Had an excellent stay while in Memphis, TN. Moved to this hotel from another one in the city.

I stay here at least once a month and I have never had a bad experience.The staff is always attentive to any need and request I have.

The room is sanitary but has stained chairs, no working thermostat, and TV with poor reception. Lazy cleaning staff. We had our do not disturb sign out in the morning but left and took it down in afternoon when they were still in the hall and they never made up the room.

Every time my neighbors shut their door, my headboard shuddered. I woke up to the neighbors snores. I have never experienced such thin walls in my life! Also, they don’t even have a crib or pack n play on site. If you are traveling with a baby, make sure you either bring your own bed, or avoid this one!
