Staff friendly and good location near to Southern Cross Station. Shower had good pressure. Uncomfortable pillows and beds meant I left with back pain. Overall wpuld nlt stay here again for the money I paid.

Staff great Room in poor shape. Was a zipped king and there was no mattress protector meaning sleeping anywhere in the middle of the bed meant the zipper digging in. Stains on mattress, table was leaning and damaged. Bar fridge froze anything placed inside. Wouldn't stay again unless updated. Location was ok

The hotel was adequate enough: the rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing special. Staff were friendly, but the small foyer area was not inviting and not really adequate for meeting with friends/colleagues.There was no food service within the hotel, apart from breakfast, which was pretty unimpressive and I did not feel provided value for money. While close to more lively areas of Docklands, the immediate surroundings of the hotel (tucked in between office blocks and parking stations) are a bit dead, especially on weekends, and the options for eating out close by are limited (unless you are Ok with the offerings in Southern Cross station). Access to the hotel is not quite as convenient as it looks on the map, due to the way the streets run, and if you are coming from public transport (railway station or by tram) with luggage, you need to find the lifts to get down to the hotel, as its street is at a lower level than the main access routes.

Good location. Looks a bit shabby and not impressed at extra $50 for bedding for a pull out sofa bed when booking a room for 3!!! The other issue were the signs saying if you used the microwave or hairdryer you could get a $1500 charge if the smoke alarm went off. We would not choose to stay here again.
