Relaxing retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is so beautiful inside and out. A great location near the river, and the garden is stunning. Loved the spa bath and sitting by the fire. Some very minor things that could be improved would be the quality of the bedding (polyester sheets) and providing firewood (which is a challenge to transport for those of us on bikes) and dishwasher tabs. We were also short one towel, but I assume this was just an oversight. Would love to come in summer so we can enjoy the beautiful garden (including resident lyrebird) and outdoor firepit.

Restful Sanctuary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Riversong cottage exceeded our expectations. Its cosy, beautifully decorated and the owner has gone the extra mile into making the space a spiritual haven. We felt at home. The location is great with the Yarra River just across the road, and within walking distance to the main town of Warburton with its quaint cafes and shops. Kitchen is very well stocked with all you'll ever need and the beds are super comfortable and excellent quality. We will definitely be back, highly recommend.

Warburton one night

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely old house renovated very well. A few odd improvements are required which I have passed on directly to the management company, but apart from that all good. Heating (winter stay) was good. Very tight to get through the front gates, and a 6 point turn to get around again at the top (unless you want to reverse all the way which is not recommended).

Great location. Beautiful clean and comfortable home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely home is set in a picturesque serene garden with its own creek. The location was excellent with close access to the town and other attractions. The home was very clean and there were plenty of items to cook with. We chose to use the barbeque which was clean. the beds were very comfortable and the indoor spa bath was an enjoyable bonus. The large smart tv was appreciated. My only concern was a lack of good lighting in the kitchen and a couple of spiders in the bathroom, though that's not unusual in Australian summer. I would recommend this property for couples, maybe with friends, who want a place to relax and get away from crowds.
