Very decent location, walking to Southbank and the botanic gardens; supermarket 2mins walk away. Ultimately comfortable for 6. Nice apartment complex pool, gym and hot sauna were a bonus!
Apartment getting pretty run down. 2 holes in the wall, and cleaning crew left dirty towels in the washing machine. But management were responsive over text and WhatsApp, and again, location was great so we didn’t need to stay longer in the otherwise sparse apartment.
Nice, spacious and overall clean. Useful dryer and washing machine as well as pool facilities. Would recommend for large groups.

I have said about 3 times there were no coffee mugs, forks, properly fitting sink plug, (we bought all these and left in unit) , broken door knobs, broken towel rail, bedroom wardrobe doors that wouldn’t slide BUT. You know, we loved staying there, enjoyed the pool, and would go back there. It suited us. Just feel maintenance team may be letting owners down.

Good location as it’s take only 10mins walking distant to restaurants and Crown casino. The apartment carpet and bathroom is a bit run down and dirty. Need to be updated.

Unique location that so close to the cbd and has nice views. The pool and gym good. Carpet of the unit is very dirty and air conditioning was working poorly . The staff was very good and helpful.

Time consuming process after booking having to still provide photo ID's for all guests and having to follow additional links to provide credit card. Cleanliness and overall presentation of the apartment was disappointing with many maintenance issues obviously needing attention including the very stained and worn carpet, broken blinds and dirty glass on sliding door. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable and clean linen and the staff member who greeted us was very helpful and friendly.
