The building and the Pool are very nice. But there is mold in the Apartment ( shower/ washing machine) and the Couch is Borken, noone can sleep on there...

There is no reception, and you have to go to get the key separately. When I got the key and tried to ask a question, they told me to call Readyset and ask. I got so mad at the woman who answered the phone at 4:15 PM on 18/04 (Easter Friday). She said what she wanted to say and just hung up, and when I called again twice, she didn't answer. She was so rude and just hung up. The next day, I called again and they said I had made a reservation through Expedia, but it said 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. When I got there, they told me there was only 1 bathroom, so they told me to call Expedia. They skipped my deposit twice, and they asked me if I was calling when I was on Holiday, and that made me hate the place even more. However, the location was really good, and the view was great because it was on the 34th floor.

bad management

After being delayed the access for over 20 mins and after numberous calls, we finally got the key... Unfortunately, we were shocked to find unchanged beddings, smelly toilet, unvaccumed rug, crumb-littered floor and dirty sofa.... I had never in my life seen such a dirty accommodation. Then we called them again, urging them to send a cleaner over... but the cleaner said the vaccum cleaner was broken, so we sent her away, and we ended up mopping the floor and cleaing the toilet ourselves. We sent them all the photos as evidence of an uncleaned apartment, but we never heard from them...unblieavably bad management!
