I booked through last minute a 4 bed apartment and when i got there it was only 2 beds. No one answered my calls at reception so we were left with 2 kids sleeping on the floor. I paid for a 4 be and the ad on last minute misrepresented the room. Very angry and disappointed

Gym only open during staffed hours, not very useful and not on weekends until late. Room was quite dirty with food in the carpet and mold throughout the bathroom. Staff were quite accommodating to a late check-in which was appreciated. Towels had holes in them. Overall poor condition of the building and the room for the price.

The staff were awesome and very welcoming. Property is very old and dated and very dark. The bathroom kept flooding. Tap leaking. Curtains didn’t close. Bedroom curtains let in a lot of light. Late check-in process was not easy, very frustrating after a long flight. Coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper not replaced without asking staff to replenish supply. Also spotted some mould not cleaned properly in corners

Disappointing overnight stay..apartment was dated, dark & not very clean. Booked the Junior suite but it was nothing resembling the photo! Only 2 pillows supplied in room..requested an extra 2 pillows by automated phone & also by staff member at reception but still not available when we returned later that evening.
