This house offers sensational accommodation and comfort, ideal for two families or an extended family stay. With four large bedrooms (all with air con), two separate living spaces, a dedicated work space if you need to work while away, great outdoor areas to enjoy including a huge entertaining deck, outdoor lounges, al fresco dining and an outdoor gas heated spa! There is also a shared private tennis court that guests can use during their stay. It is easy to relax and unwind in this beautiful Sorrento beach house.



Located in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, Lady Nelson offers you the chance to get away from it all whilst also enjoying the luxury of being walking distance to the beach. A 12 minute stroll has you at the Front Beach (near the Sorrento Couta Sailing Club) and only a short drive to the vibrant Sorrento township.

The Neighborhood:

Sorrento is a popular holiday destination on the Mornington Peninsula, located between Portsea and Blairgowrie. It is a beautiful historic town, with stunning limestone buildings and houses, and a vibrant main street with stylish Hotels, shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants.



At one end of Sorrento’s main street you’ll find the Sorrento front beach with the calm waters of Port Phillip Bay and the Sorrento Pier, and at the other end is the Sorrento Ocean Beach with stunning rock pools and excellent surfing. From the Sorrento Pier you can jump on the popular Sorrento/Queenscliff ferry, as well as join organised fishing trips, seal and dolphin watching excursions, sight-seeing cruises, yacht charters and diving trips. A visit to the relaxing Peninsula Hot Springs and the new Alba Thermal Springs is very popular too!

the property was just what we wanted , i know we were told due to staff shortages the place wasn't cleaned to usual standard, but oven not working and BBQ in extremely poor condition and under jets never cleaned, jets not working properly, we left property cleaner than when arrived.

Huge and beautiful house. Disappointing spa

We booked the house for a weekend in October and had a great time. The house was massive and looked even better than it does in the photos. Lovely quiet street and close to the Sorrento main street. We were disappointed with the spa tho. There is a house rule that you are not allowed to use the spa after 10pm, which is fair enough but they did not preheat the spa or let us know that they wouldn't. This meant that the spa was not hot enough to be useable on the first night. On the second night we got in the spa but found that it stank! There were also dozens of dead mosquitos and slimy bubbles. Maybe we were unlucky but it seemed like the spa hadn't been maintained with the proper chemicals for quite a while. We specifically chose this property as it had the spa but we were unable to enjoy it for our stay. I would still recommend this property but make sure they have the spa ready to go.
