front check was nice and smooth aside from not being told of carpark note to put on dashboard, no biggie. room was ok, nice space but could hear noises from next room ALL night... king bed was 2 mattress and very uncomfortable, way to hard and could feel springs and gap. Not many dining choices nearby and own restaurant was not the nicest. Do not have the chocolate mouse.. Would not use agian

We were visiting St Vincent’s Hospital and the Metropole was 200 metres away. Check in and check out was quick, efficient and staff were friendly. We were able to easily access the property after hours. On a cold Melbourne winter’s day, the room was easily heated. We had a kitchen with all the requirements, table and chairs, a comfortable couch and two comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and the bathroom was spacious. All in all, an accessible property that met our requirements at the Victoria Parade end of Melbourne.
