Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was. Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city. Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again
