Great apartment, centrally located, on the 50ish floor of an apartment block. The views over south Melbourne are amazing, particularly if you get a cloudless sunrise.
Apartment is well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and there is a nice sized wardrobe/shelves for clothes. The living / dining / kitchen area is well equipped. The kitchen has very good appliances and is well equipped if you want to self cater.
Bathroom is spotless, and has a lovely rain shower with good water flow. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble drier in the bathroom.
The host has provided a very helpful information and orientation folder. All the essential stuff about the apartment, and lots of useful ideas and suggestions.
The elevators weren't a problem. I was worried about long waits with it being a big building, but it all worked very smoothly. Check in and check out was a breeze - perfect.
It's a short walk from the Victoria market, perfect for sourcing out breakfast. Plenty of other cafes etc within a short walk. There is also a lot of choice nearby for evening meals, if you fancy staining within walking distance.
All in all, really enjoyed our stay at the apartment,p erfect location.

What a View!
Our recent stay at the Luxuria Apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. The apartment was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The gym had up-to-date equipment and was spotless. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was clearly a bonus. Plus, the views were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!
