The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 2min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag.
This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Fantastic location, close by to everything that we wanted to do. Booking process and getting the keys was easy and communication with host was effective. Loved using the gym, pool and sauna. Would be happy to stay again if we go to Melbourne again.

We are Melbourne natives and this place was perfect! Directly across the road from the sky bus with an easy key pick up. The apartment itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. An easy walk into the city or stroll to the Bourke St tram. I’d happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay!
I booked the place for 4 days and felt as comfortable as home. Everything was quite clean and already had basic pantry like salt, coffee, utensils, soap, bath gel etc.Special thanks to the property manager Kelvin, they really made sure that we were comfortable.
Perfect spot in the city. Walking distance to everything. Unit was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Only thing it could do with is an updated TV - only able to access local channels (but we werent in the room long enough to really watch tv anyway) also maybe some pool towels available and more bath mats as there was only one bath mat for the 2x bathrooms. Will definately stay here again amd recommend to friends and family.
