Llevamos 1 hora para entrar al Hostal y no hay nadie, indicaba recepcion 24h. Hemos llamado, nos ha atendido y posteriormente nos ha colgado el teléfono. En la puerta del hostal sin poder entrar a dormir. Nefasto. Quiero la devolución total del importe porque hemos tenido que dormir en el coche.

Un hostal que está bien cuando has de hacer noche

Hubiera estado del todo bien si hubieran puesto la calefacción, porque aunque había radiador en la habitación, hacía frío y hay quien no pudo descansar por ello, sobre todo en el baño. Por otro lado, al cerrar a las 8 y no abrir hasta las 9 pasadas no hay servicio de bar ni desayunos si quieres marchar antes de esa hora.

En grei natt

Vi var på gjennomreise og sov kun en natt. Et typisk eldre hostel med vegg til vegg teppe:) Gammelt og slitt, men sjarmerende på sin måte:) Vi hadde booket rom, men måtte vente en time før vi fikk rommet, det er synd når vi kommer dit kl 19:00 og bare vil inn å slappe av etter en lang biltur. Et lite obs er at ingen av de ansatte snakker engelsk. (Helt greit fordi vi er i Spania😊) men jeg vil bare nevne det, så man kan være forberedt.

A la media hora de llegar ( 19’30 ) se fue la persona encargada y apagó la calefacción nos quedamos solos en el hostal. Por la mañana nos ibamos sobre las 9 y todavía no estaba abierto el restaurante para poder desayunar limpieza ninguna eso si te acian más o menos lácama y cambiaban las toallas todos los días Tuvimos que pedir unos vasos por q ni eso avía en la habitación. El día antes de venirnos ( el sábado) llegamos por la tarde con idea de tomar algo y nos encontramos q estaba ya cerrado y nos fuimos al pueblo para cenar cuando llegamos la abitacion helada ( como los demás días ) y salimos él domingo dejando las llaves en una mesa por q no avía nadie para entregárselas.

Abandono total de las habitaciones (telarañas, azulejos despegados, tabla del water partida en dos etc.; de hecho exigimos por ese motivo el cambio de habitación) La estancia produce desazón y no es de recibo lo que cobran por unas instalaciones tercermundistas con total ausencia de mantenimiento.

Cancelaron reserva sin antelación ni explicación

Realicé una reserva a través de esta web con más de una semana de antelación, recibiendo al instante un correo electrónico donde indicaban "Tu reserva está confirmada. No es necesario llamar para volver a confirmar." Además, 4 días antes de la llegada, recibí otro mensaje en el que se indicaba "Tu reserva está garantizada". Sin embargo, 36 horas antes de la llegada al hostal recibí una llamada del hostal indicando que no entendían qué había ocurrido, que no sabían cómo se había podido realizar la reserva, porque el hostal estaba lleno y por tanto no tenía habitación. No me dieron más explicaciones que "no entiendo cómo ha ocurrido" y tampoco me ofrecieron alternativas. Tratándose de un puente festivo no tuve opción de dormir en la ciudad deseada y me vi obligada a alterar seriamente mi plan de viaje. Desconozco si el responsable del problema fue Hotels.com o el hostal, pero es indignante que una reserva confirmada y garantizada quede cancelada sin explicaciones, con tan poca antelación y sin alternativas. En definitiva, mi experiencia ha sido pésima.

Se encuentra al lado de la A1 y muy cerca de Medinaceli. Yo llegué a las 23:30 y en una de las noches más frías del año, y encontré la habitación sin calefacción ni agua caliente hasta las 8/8:30 de la mañana. Además, tenía que marcharme a esa hora y la cafetería todavía no estaba ni abierta!

Fue algo excepcional para bien: Cuando recibí la llamada que estaban cerrados que booking por error había reservado me puse enfermo de pensar que no tendría donde quedarme ...Pero igualmente vino y pude hospedarme, los únicos en todo el alojamiento.
