The friendly staff, room, and included breakfast were great. The room was large with 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was perfect being just 100 yards or so from the medical facility I was visiting, and being on Biddle Rd made access to restaurants a 1 or 2 turn trip within 3 miles. I thought the rate was reasonable at less than $100/night. There were 2 small negatives. There was no hand lotion given the dry environment and some form of nightlight might have been useful for the bathroom.

The room was very clean and spacious for our four person family! The staff that I encountered (four different members) were friendly, knowledgeable, and conversationally pleasant. The breakfast options were both tasty and offered healthy choices that even my children aged & under enjoyed.
