It was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the location. The hotel is directly next to a busy street, and the noise is constant day and night. You can clearly hear people talking outside, cars, buses, and motorcycles at all hours, including early in the morning. It was extremely difficult to get proper rest. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is not the place.
To make matters worse, the bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. The options were limited and did not reflect what you would expect from a hotel of this category.
We also had dinner one night at the rooftop restaurant, and the service was unacceptable. The waiter did not know the menu at all. We asked three very simple questions about the dishes, and he had no answers. He seemed completely unprepared, which made the dining experience frustrating and unprofessional.
Overall, the hotel fell far below expectations due to the constant noise, cleanliness issues, poor breakfast quality, and lack of proper staff training. I would not stay here again
