Stayed here whilst doing our Umrah pilgrimage. First impressions were not very good as there was no help from the reception staff, they were quite rude and did not take any notice and try and help us with our queries. The rooms were basic but not cleaned on a regular basis. Not enough towels provided. The carpet was old and dirty. A very busy hotel and the main negative for me was the wait for lifts. There was a very long queue for lifts most of the time, it would get very frustrating especially when you didn't have much time to spare, people staying at the hotel were quite rude and would push in the queue even though you were first in the queue. The first time we had breakfast at the hotel after our Fajr prayer was not a very good experience unfortunately. My mum, aunt and myself had waited ages for a lift (were pushed by two arab men) and eventually when we arrived for our breakfast we waited to be served on the breakfast reception desk by the staff member (Mr. M. Assem), so he could take our room number but instead of seeing to us first he totally ignored us and served the two arab men (who pushed in at the lifts) behind us. We questioned him stating that we were waiting here first and his response was very rude and started to shout at us saying that we needed to wait but when asking why he had served the men before us he started to get high rate and was yelling. This man was very rude and the manner in which he conducted himself showed us that this hotel does not value their customers especially if you are a woman or if you are not arab. I say this because on another occasion when me and my husband went to have breakfast the same man served us and he did not recognise me and he was very polite to my husband. There is a inequality in the way staff serve the customers based on who you are.
Decent distance to Harram, around 10 minutes walking. Service isn't very good. WiFi is almost non-existent. Rooms were okay for budget hotel. Close to all shops for food, clothing etc all things are on the doorstep.
About 10 minutes walk to the age and Mosque, Dar al Fayzeen is adequately located for visitors of the mosque on a budget. Rooms adequately serviced though carpets could do with a clean) and, interestingly, no telephones in the room. Staff are courteous and helpful. We joined one of the Umrah groups for a lovely dinner one evening. Great thing about this hotels is it has about 6 lifts which is better than some of the pricier hotels located nearer to the masjid. Worth a visit in a budget, enjoy.
A great hotel offering service beyond expectation and also the staff were very friendly . The rooms are modern and well equipped.. I really like the stay it was very comfy. Highly recommended hotel to stay in
the room was too comfortable and the personnel and receptionist were very helpful and available at any time we needed them. The reception helped us to get information about any service we need outside the hotel and how can we contact them. i really enjoyed the accommodation and services that was provided to me and my family in the hotel and i hope i can come again.

I stayed there 7 days for omrah and the staff and management is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is near to masjed al haram the rooms is very clean and service there is very good i do recommend this hotel
Every thing is perfect but the distance from the haram is the only bothering thing, there is a construction site aside the hotel by now they should have finished, its said that there is gonna be a metro to connect the Haram to other holy places around mecca otherwise from breakfast, elevator, service, reception, tech support, quality is fine
