Great Deal and stay, Stuff are professional and educated

Cool- welcoming - quiet- friendly - Fabiola's - great

My stay was very good. I love the hotel location and interior design of the room wooden window sun shades. The panoramic elevators are nice and interesting for my 4 year child. Breakfast was very nice. They told me my booking did not include the breakfast and when I asked them to charge me for it they said it is complementary, Good..

Although the seasonal prices are quite high due to the observation of religious month - Ramazan, the hotel location and also the sumptous buffet was an excellent option.

Ideal hotel for those who want comfort, and convenience to conduct the religious pilgrimage saving time with excellent staff and service.

The locatin is perfect. The resturant and food are not good. The staff are friendly but they are very slow.

Located overlooking the Holy Haram Mosque and Kaaba was a perfect location for my purpose - UMURAR. Our 5-time daily prayers session was conveniently performed at the Holy Haram. Kind enough to allow early check-in - arrived at 5am and the check-in time was to be 3pm, we're well received at the Reception and settled in a comfortable location and allow us into the room by 12 noon (3 hrs before the normal check-in)-incredible! The staffs were well trained, friendly, helpful, and courteous and above all make you feel very much at home. The Hotel complimentary Breakfast was excellent, no matter how, choose you are, you will surely get your choice and to your satisfaction, two floors were dedicated for the complimentary Breakfast - amazing! The King Deluxe Rm we stayed was spacious, neat, the bed was comfortable. Sufficient lifts, even right from the front of the hotel (straight from the Holy Mosque) to take you into first floor lobby of the Hotel. I have been to Makah 3 times before this last one, this was my best time and I was able to devote and offer my 5 times prayer at the Holly Mosque with no stress at all. I did all my shopping at the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor of the Hotel and they are the most incredible shopping I have ever had in Makah. One Hotel I have been to and I feel like not coming back to my home again.

I went for a religious trip and the service was very good. The people there were extremely friendly and helpful

Good Hotel and exceptional Service

It was a short 2 night stay at Hilton. The best thing is the proximity to Haram , restaurants and other necessities. You don't have to go out in the city for any of your needs. Saves you a lot of time. The room was great - gets as dark as you can get during afternoon for power naps. We were a family of four ( 2 kids ) and they accomodated us in a single King room with no issues.

very nice location breakfast

Excellent service. The staff was courteous and kind enough to let us have the room many hours prior to normal check-in time.

When I check-in they told me that there is credit card number for the payment of my stay. If it doesn't work I should pay again by myself. I was queit disappointed, but nothing happended like they said.

i booked a room in tower#5 only because it is the closet to the mosque ,but when we reached there no rooms were available in tower 5.
