Good location beach side, got beach view room for a last min booking. Drinks were great. Food needs improvement, for being next to the beach we thought it would me more seafood than anything. Room was very humid and would make floors slippery. Bathroom zinc had big leak and would make big puddle underneath.
originally we rented 3 rooms and when we got there family rented a couple more rooms staff was rude and not friendly we will not stay there ever Again we would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Pros and Cons The Pros: Sitting out by the pool and facing the ocean is one of the most amazing views and simply gorgeous. The breeze is almost regulated by the building to be "perfect". The food in the Italian restaurant was top-notch. Very tasteful, great view of the Ocean. The staff that spoke English was very helpful considering their limitations. Close to convenient Farmicio just a couple blocks either direction. The Cons "All-Inclusive" includes very little in the traditional sense of the term. --It does include food at a few of the restaurants, one of them being the Italian restaurant in the Pros. --It does include drinks --It does include the evening entertainment However --It does not include a coffee pot in your room --It does not include room service --It does not include access to all beach amenities More on the Cons--- Not all of the staff speak English. The ones that do are fantastic, but sometimes we had to go find them. The hallway sometimes smelled like it was recently mopped with gasoline. The stairway smelled like a truck stop deli. (Sometimes is actually smelled good to be quite honest) It took over 15 hours after check in to get batteries for the television, which was 22" wide and had the reception of rabbit ears circa 1977. Farmicio location was known because we had to go there to buy our own bottled water. I could go on, but Orbitz review character limit has been reached.
They kept adding cost to my Orbitz price. Never again
The room was just right, not to large and not small either, the balcony was great and the view to the Chivos Island was unreal and magical at night and in the early morning hours. Ac was strong and chilled the room all day, when I got back from the hot weather it was nice and cold. Hot water instantly and no shortage of it for showering, very clean marble bathrooms. The Staff was one of the nicest I have ever seen, this Hotel should have more stars. everyone was friendly willing to help and not necessarily expecting a tip and that made me tip them three times as much because of their attitude. You Must Tip the Hospitality people, they all appreciate it. I will be back for a longer stay.

Made reservation for 1 person accidentally, however 3 of us were staying in the room. When I checked in the staff told me I would have to pay extra for the two people. I said that I understood about the 3 person and not the 2nd since I know the cost for 2 people is the same as for 1. Long story short I ended up paying. They also asked that you be at the reception at 11:30 to check out eventhough check out is at 12. The room was outdated and it smelled. We saw a cockroach. No towels, I had to call to get them. The walls and windows are paper thin you could hear the people from the next room and also you could hear the music from the bar across the street the whole night. The room prices do not reflect the quality of the room!!! I couldn't wait to get out of this hotel!

The staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms are well-appointed, although our toilet lid wouldn't stay up and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed unless fully engaged. Free Wi-fi in room, 2 English-speaking channels on TV, but both are Fox. Our room faced the ocean and the pool and was quite noisy, as various bands at various levels of musical expertise played on the beach by the hotel all day. Surprising at first but it didn't bother us. The restaurant on the premises has the most welcoming and considerate staff. The food is typical Mexican, and both buffet and menu choices are offered. Every meal including breakfast happens to the sounds of an entertainer and people who get up and dance.
The staff was very nice. the rooms were clean.friendly service I would recommend this to my friend.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location of this hotel. Right on the beach. The private beach is small, but big enough. I really liked its central location on the main drag. Lots of restaurants, everything in walking distance. The room was beautiful, large and clean. More like a suite than just a regular room. One drawback: we had the city view, which was fantastic but the rooms are not very soundproof. Maybe it was because it was a Friday but the street below had a concert going until 2am, and I couldn't sleep. I should have just went down and enjoyed the music! But maybe next time I'd book an ocean view to avoid that problem. Also the parking lot is completely secure, which was an added bonus since we drove
