The only critique I would offer is the first night I had to stay in a room to have view of air-conditioning units. They moved me the next day to a room with a nice garden view.

Needs an update, rooms marginally clean, needs more than 3 English tv channels. Food at buffets was good at breakfast, mediocre at dinner. Location was 20 minutes from Golden zone mostly by itself, some restaurants within 15 minutes walk.

The hotel is kept extremely clean and the staff are all very friendly. Food is OK with the Buffet being the best, the roast beef was excellent. Bars are all over the resort with rooming bars in the day time. Shout out Luis at the Sports Bar, he is the best. Very large beach with vendors but don't bother you. There is massages for $30 USD beside the resort but you need to book at head. Entertainment was not that good

We had a great time ,facilities were great staff was great, the maid kind of bugged me every time she saw us in the hallway to ask for service and she even called us one time even though i placed the do not disturb sign,i know she meant well but i do not like to feel pressured on my expensive vacation, but everyone else was great
