The room, the location in the central of Mazatlan, the staff were great. Ideal location away from the Zona Dora. Great area for sightseeing and close to ocean and walking distance. Free parking within 30 feet of the entrance.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, cute coffee shops, shopping boutiques, Mercado, catedral and much more. The hotel was very clean, didn’t had an issue at all, the staff was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back and will stay here.

The room was not cleaned well. I found old dental floss on the floor in the bathroom and also under the desk in the bedroom was not cleaned well. Other than this everything was fine. Wonderful staff.

Great location with immediate access to everything Mazatlán’s Centro Histórico has to offer. Notwithstanding, noise was not an issue come bedtime. Top-notch cleanliness and staff attentiveness. All in all, a very comfortable and practical option for lodging in downtown Mazatlán (still just a couple of blocks from the beach).
