I made the mistake of taking a room in the old section so I could watch my car. The room was in desperate need of remodeling. Carpet was stained all over. Bathroom was cleaned, but looked nasty. Bed was at least 10 years old....worn and lumpy. My mistake, they offered me a room in the multi level first.

Staff very nice. Had to go four times to fix my room keys they stopped working a lot. The heater was very loud sounded like it was going to blow up very annoying.

Would definitely recommend! Front desk staff was super nice, room was a little dated (but added character!) - but was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great location with free shuttle to the casino. We are planning to come back.

Room and facility were clean and comfortable… The only complaint I would have are that the Jets in the bathtub for the spa bath need to be cleaned . You could see dirt in around them and there was no plug for the bathtub
