I won't be staying here again when I visit. Outside of the nice lady who help me check-in, I was charged one rate when I booked and charged extra when I got there. Tried to receive some extra towels/wash cloths to take a shower, and the GM stated that they only had sets of towels for the incoming guest. Mind you, this was Saturday and I was not checking out until Sunday at 11am. I placed the towels outside of my door on Saturday morning (per instructions from the staff at the front desk who went over rules for towel collections and replacing the towels), they were still there by Sunday morning when I woke up. Very money hungry establishment and they will not be patronized by me ever again.

Nicer hotel clean friendly and quick in and out friendly staff and using app speeds up check in

They put you in a room that had a huge paint stain right outside the door. The water in the shower does not get hot and when you flush the toilet the pipes make a terrible noise

When I first got in I checked the bed and the sheets appeared to be clean. I opened the curtains to find that two stinkbugs had found their way into my room. No big deal. I caught them in the ice bucket and released them outside, being sure to leave a note for the staff to wipe down the bucket. The walls were a little thin but the first night was ok. There was this plasticy sheet cover on top of the comforter and I took it off in the middle of the night. The next afternoon I went to lay on the bed and noticed some stains on the comforter. I looked closer and they were swipes of blood. I checked the sheets more thoroughly and luckily the inside of the bed was clean and since I already slept there once I covered the comforter back up and didn't stay long in bed the next morning. The hotel is out in the country so I don't blame them for bugs but it's not that hard to get blood stains out.

Nice hotel, just room was 100° and took several hours to cool off. A.c. Worked just took awhile. Clean rooms.. Great price!

The bathroom had mildew and the toilet seat was scuffed and scratched... it felt old and used. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Staff was friendly. Good value for the money.

The general appearance of the hotel is fine and the entire facility is smoke free. While the room seemed clean, the stains on the sleeper sofa were a real turn off. In our initial room assignment, we had a very difficult time connecting to the free wi-fi. We asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating. However, the room we were changed too, the a/c unit could have used some work. Though it was cool, it was extremely loud. The hotel isn't near anything. Its on a sort of country road just plopped in the middle of no where.

The hotel was fine. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is NOT in Martinsburg, it is in Kearnyville. That was my only complaint. I wanted to stay in Martinsburg

We couldn't find it easily as GPS doesn't recognize it in the address given. Only in another city? Had to call and get directions after driving around for awhile. When we arrived to the 100% smoke free hotel (as advertised on the sign) we had a rude awakening. We were shown 3 different rooms that had strong odors of recent smoke in them. They showed us one last room (the 4th a handicap one) that had no smoke odor. The gentleman who waited on us was very polite and apologetic. He said the hotel use to be a smoking one. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone w/allergies.

I had intended to stay at the Comfort Inn on Edwin Miller Boulevard, but apparently was confused when I made the reservation. This hotel is a couple of miles out of the way, but it's easy to get to and is a decent value. Nothing spectacular, but the room was clean, plenty of channels, and free wi-fi.

Hotel room was clean, stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days... not bad at all, didn't use the pool. Poor ilumination in the bedroom, housekeeping never showed up thoug...

The room wasn't quite what we expected....the "partial room divider" was an archway in the room....no privacy for my daughter or my husband and I..be careful what you book. I told them that isn't what the description was. Told them that the room was supposed to have a half wall (at least that's what the picture showed). The pool was closed because of the time of year..there was no "spa" (guy at desk--all of about 23) said he "didn't know why they advertised for that..false adversing" (his own words). Good location, though, to go sightseeing around Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield, Charles Town and Shepardstown. Plenty of restaurants to find all varities of food to your liking--although on the ad in the room there was supposed to be an "all you can eat seafood buffet" at the Clarion near Harpers Ferry---they closed that 2 yrs ago...someone needs to check out these details..very important when you're hunting seafood. Do wish the hotel link had more/better pics for the choosing...might have booked a larger room (although I think that I did--the 23 yr old made a mistake when we checked in). Overall: Decent.
