The location was convenient, easy parking in a safe area. The lobby area was neat and clean and the check in staff very helpful. The breakfast server Norma did an excellent job keeping the food available and the room clean. We struggled with internet connectivity throughout our stay while not a major problem simply inconvenient.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and convenient. The parking lot is pretty rough- crumbly, garbage by the staircase. The bathroom is a little mildewy around the toilet base and bathtub caulk. There was a small gym but no pool. The laundry machine is ok- $3.50 for washer and $3.50 for dryer with a card, and the soap is another $2 all in quarters. I mean, it’s a Quality Inn in West Virginia, so, you know what you’re getting.

The staff was very helpful and the night shift lady at the desk was awesome! So very helpful. Stores are a short drive away. The old town of Harper’s ferry is about a 30 min easy walk (unless it’s 100 degrees outside)

I'm sorry to say that this stay was just ok. All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the building is very dated. Its not large but the breakfast room is very small and choices were limited because they were waiting on a delivery. We did not give breakfast a try the second day and chose to eat elsewhere.
