Struttura in ottima posizione, molto ben tenuta e pulita e a due passi dal lungolago di Marta con locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Praticamente di fronte è possibile trovare facilmente parcheggio negli stalli pubblici a pagamento. Consiglio vivamente.
