Stayed here for business and that is very good because place to visit was close by, problem is that if you want to go out for dinner takes long drive to restourant. Took me about 30 minutes by taxi and cost me 70 euros one way. Dinner was 50 euros that means about three times cost for transportation. If you are not in business meeting should stay at down town Marseille much easer to find place for eat. The restourant I went was le st. Trop and was very good hard time communicate that I did not speak any French they only have menu in French and manager did not speak English. In any case all over France you have problem communicate with people. Other than that wonderful country.

We had an early flight in two days, so stayed at this hotel over two nights. It is ideally located for the airport and nowhere else. The hotel is super, nice quiet rooms, a few places to walk in the nature reserve adjoining, great restaurant and breakfasts, and some of the rooms with views. I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation because of the remote location, but it is probably the nicest airport hotel we have stayed in.

Stayed here for one night just before heading out on a trip. It's clean and comfortable but beginning to show wear and tear. The location is very good if you are going in/out of the airport. Came in late and had to eat in the restaurant. Not amazing, but not bad.

The staff were all great and the communal areas to the hotel were lovely, but my room was falling apart and infested with mosquitos (at least 20), and other smaller bugs. Nice furniture, but all masking what was a really basic, unpleasant room. Management need to take a look at either modernising their rooms, or charging guests less for them - being charged £220 for this was just quite insulting. Breakfast was good, but again, needlessly expensive. Room service was very good. Staff were great.

I stayed at the Pullman Marseille Provence Airport for one night. The deluxe room was furnished in Provencal style and was extremely comfortable with all the facilities I required. The only drawback was the positioning of power points to charge my devices. I dined in the Restaurant Le D'Illis and enjoyed a superb meal served by a staff who went out of their way to be professional and hospitable in equal measure. I would have no hesitation in staying there again and would even consider this option for a short break as the pool area was convenient and well appointed.

Yesterday I have a lunch in the restaurant of Pullman. If the lunch was correct I was surprised when at 4.00PM I have ordered 2 Expresso. 7 €uros for two Expresso ! where are we? In Marignane Airport not in Saint Tropez or Champs Elysées in Paris. It's absolutely not normal.

This was by far the worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had. The waiter was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I told him I was allergic to dairy and therefore could not have the risotto that came with the fish as a side and asked for an alternative and he was not happy and made me feel like I was a nuisance. The food was average and the service was absolutely terrible. I will certainly never go back. The wAiter also slammed the glasses on our table. Very very disappointed having been to pullmans before I expected a lot more especially with the service

We went to the restaurant straight after landing at Marseille airport, it looked like a nice place however the experience was not nice at all. The waiter was extremely rude from the moment we sat down, they brought out 2 of our 3 meals and left the third waiting. One of us had a burger and the bread was stale however the waiter insisted that it was 'JUST a hamburger' and they grill the bread, it was stale, he was not apologetic or willing to sort out the problem. Upon leaving the restaurant we realised that they had over charged us by putting an extra item on the bill that we had not ordered or received. All in all a very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Nice to have a water cooker for making coffee and tea, but why do you have to crawl on the floor to find a power socket, and why is the cord so small that can't put the cooker on the table? The number of power sockets is anyway too limited and they are only under the tables, which is annoying for use to charge your batteries etc.

The Hotel rooms must be renovated. The price paid is unacceptable for the conditions in which the rooms are: old, dirty carpets and sofas, damaged walls and furniture. Heating not working well in all rooms. Portable heaters are provided (they smell while working). The only plus is the hall, the restaurant and the bar. But you may choose only to visit the restaurant and bar and stay at the hotels nearby. You will spend much better your monies. Personnel is nice and helpful.
