The room felt spacious, was very clean and modern. I loved having large doors that opened to the outside, letting in fresh air. The hotel is quite close to the tram and metro and bus, making it easy to commute into the city. The staff were very helpful and kind. The lounge area is fun and colourful, making a great spot to unwind at the end of the day and when waiting for others.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. *HOWEVER, The restaurant in the hotel, Aura, the food was terrible and the chefs were unsanitary.
