The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

The rooms were nice however needing an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was nice and had alot of choices where you didn't feel like you had the same thing every day. Great location as well.

The public area around the children’s toys and reception were nice but the rooms and the pool didn’t really feel very clean. One day the pool was really cloudy and we were put off going into it. The staff on reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Extremely Disappointing Stay for a Global Chain I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, especially given that it is part of a well-known global chain with properties in many countries and cities. The experience fell far below the standards I expected from such a reputable brand. There was mould in the bathtub, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. The hair dryer’s casing was broken, rendering it unsafe to use. The ventilation fan was covered in thick dust, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, several wall fixtures were loose and appeared at risk of falling, which was a serious safety concern. For a global brand, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I hope the management takes urgent steps to address these issues, as they do not reflect the standards one would expect from an international hotel chain. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this property.

Hotel had the best location. BUT…. The Staff,EXCEPT Solange, who was very kind and helpfull, needs training to be more helpful to guests. Also, the hotel needs an URGENT remodeling/refurnish of the bathrooms. DISGUSTING! Mold all Over it! Can’t understand how come a hotel chain as Novotel allows the hotel operador function with áreas in such a poor condition. The lamp bulb on the desk was “intermitent”. Fixed but not for long.

Dated hotel inside and out. The room furnishings were so low plastic garbage cans that are very small and so cheap they don’t open. The towels were old and worn. Asked for more water for the room the only suggestion was walk to a market. The restaurants were closed I even tried to buy a bottle. Felt like a budget one star hotel.
