We liked the location of the apartment but have the following adverse comments1. Only one set of keys was provided, which meant my husband and I, when out in the city independently, had to make arrangements to return at approximately the same time, an unnecessary inconvenience.2. The photos of the apartment made the main room look light and bright. It wasn't. It also didn't indicate that the sole view was to an unappealing central courtyard well.3. One of the pillows had no pillowcase. We reported this on the arrival inventory. When we left, there was still no pillowcase.4. Someone entered the apartment whilst I was there on my own. I heard the key turn in the door with alarm. It was, in fact, a housekeeper bringing linen to another apartment. I hoped she was bringing me the missing pillowcase but she wasn't.5. There were unattractive dirty marks on the sofa and dining chair seats.5. There was no soap, not even a tiny bar, in the bathroom.6. There was no kitchen dish washing detergent and just one tablet for the dishwasher.7. There was no kitchen dish drying cloth. 8. There was no kitchen cloth to clean the work surfaces, which made the cleaning, that we were asked to do, difficult. 9. There was only one roll of toilet paper. 10. We had to do an inventory on arrival, and include photos, and we were asked to do the same on our departure. I have not had to do this before and it took up valuable time.I didn't expect to have to buy basic requirements.
