Our single bed room was not ready for us when we checked in. I had requested it. We had to haul our luggage again to another floor. There was no offer to help us A fire alarm went off in the middle and f the night. No one informed us it was a technical issue. We panicked to get ready to flee. They could have offered a free breakfast or parking for inconvenience
