- A spacious 75 m² living area comprising a lounge, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, coffee machine, etc.)
- A dedicated study
- Guest toilet

Lower level (naturally lit by a green skylight):
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with an en-suite bathroom (shower or bath)
- Separate toilet
- An additional office area

If you choose to come by car, a private garage is available, as well as a parking space in front of the garage. Paid public parking is available on the street, whilst some sections along the Corniche offer free parking.

Transport:
- Bus route 83 (stops ‘Le Prophète’ or ‘Corniche Talabot’) runs directly along the Corniche and provides easy access to the Vieux-Port and Saint-Charles station.

Marseille Provence Airport is accessible via the direct shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station. However, we recommend using taxis or services such as Uber for greater comfort.

- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made up on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
