Dommage d’avoir un patio en direct avec le périphérique de Marseille sachant que c’est une chambre supérieure. Il est donc difficile d’en profiter De plus une fois que vous avez garé votre voiture, il faut sortir du parking, créer votre compte pour bénéficier de 50% et re garer votre voiture Il serait important de le signaler dans le descriptif de l’hôtel afin de ne pas payer 50€ pour une nuit.

The staff is friendly and polite! Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The area is absolutely perfect in the old port region. Able to walk to many things and scooter quickly to anywhere you want to go.

Very close to the British Consulate. Good public transport access. The room was clean but we ran out of soap and it wasn’t refilled. I had a cup of tea in the room and the cup and teabag weren’t replaced. The towel quality was average.

Try the Golden Tulip if visiting Marseille.

Friendly (if delayed - 1 receptionist on duty dealing with a guests query) but our room turned out to have not been cleaned after the last guest! Quickly moved to another room that couldn’t be faulted. Good breakfasts and lovely staff. Very good location for the ferry port.

The hotel was a bit further away from where would have liked to be in Marseille, but there was a bus right outside the hotel that went right to Vieux Port and Catalans beach. While the hotel is close to the water, you can't access it without a far walk. The hotel is showing some age and in need of an update. The shower smelled like mold. No conditioner or lotion was provided, only a shampoo/body wash combination and hand soap. There was no fridge in room or coffee maker. The "king bed" was actually two beds pushed together that separated in the night and left us with sore backs, necks and shoulders. The pool and patio with sun loungers was nice to relax at mid day, and the drinks from the bar were good. The rooms with the sea view did have a nice view.

Très déçue j’ai pris cet hôtel pour la piscine, elle était en maintenance. Le parking n’est pas sur place. On m’annonce 10h30 pour le petit déjeuner j’arrive donc à 10h, les serveurs désagréable au possible ramassent absolument tout devant moi même si je leur ai demandé de juste me laisser prendre une assiette vu que les clients mangeaient encore mais non. J’ai vraiment été déçue de la qualité du service déplorable et pourtant je suis rendue à plus de 100 hôtels cette année et je suis rarement vraiment déçue. Mais là le service est tellement médiocre que cela vous dégoûte pour le reste.
