A little bit more information about the hotel: by a longer stay when does one get new cheats, cleaning of the room, policy of waste disposal ... There was one guide in the hall downstairs, should be in the rooms also. But most important: friendly people !

Walking distance to the old port (ten minutes). Nice hotel, clean, good service and breakfast was fantastic. A buffet with a variety of choice. Nice, loved it. The negatives: There was a bad smell under the kitchen sink, they sprayed but it still smelled bad. Did not like the bathroom sink. Very round and only 3 inch deep. Very difficult to wash your face never mind hands. Nice looking but inconvenient. Ikea type furniture, no drawers. Prepare for that. The hotel policy is that they will clean your room once if you reserve for 7 nights, In our case, it was was five nights therefore, no clean. About Marseille. Not that much to see and the biggest attraction was the old port. We tried 10 restaurants during our stay and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Big plates, well presented but tasteless. Vive Lyon in this case. Attractions? You can take the Color Bus Hop On Hop Off to visit a not too attractive city that is uphill and downhill. A cathedral, and some forts, that's it. My advice is to visit Nice, Lyon or other places but not Marseille. Of course,. That's my opinion.

We only stayed for two nights and it was fine. Easy walk to Vieux Port and back but not a lot around otherwise. We don't speak French so the receptionist did a really good job trying to communicate to us in English but I do worry that some stuff may have been lost or forgotten. Note that rooms are not serviced and you must take your own rubbish out to the disposal rooms on each floor. You can do your own washing if you need. Again we only stayed two nights so it was unnecessary. This is the second Accor property I've stayed at where there has been construction going on so there can be a bit of noise. We walked out of the lift one day and almost tripped on a worker with a saw and another repainting the walls. No signage or warnings anywhere of wet paint or work going on. Also, the WIFI is really slow and drops out regularly. Not sure if case for all rooms but we had a lot of problems with it. The place did the job but it's nothing exciting either.

This hotel is walkable from view port. Breakfast is good. Rooms are okay. Service is okay. There is a small kitchen in the room, helps cooking or preparing baby food. Some rooms have camp / foldable bed-not very comfortable. They have no car parking, no view from the room.

We were awaken by every sorts of noise this morning. Apparently it was a strike of the hotel's personnel. Impossible to sleep after 8:30... great ! Otherwise the hotel was clean but not very comfortable. i would not recomand a stay here at least not when there ere some protests just down the rooms

We were looking forward to staying here. We had reserved an apartment with two double rooms. Instead we got a tiny room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the other room. The toilet was not clean and there were big stains. The apartment was also not serviced while we stayed which was two nights. Only two bath towels even though it was supposed to be an apartment for 4. There was no plug in the bathroom so impossible to use a shaver. Friendly staff and a good location but disappointing facilities . Not worth the price and certainly not a 4 star facility.

Good clean convenient location and welcoming staff however heating is an issue as you cannot adjust it manually. Its quite cold in the rooms and when i called why the heating wasn't working the response blew my mind "last time it was hot so we turned it off". Whats the point having manual adjust control when you cant put the heating on.

perfect aparthotel for a few days,1km from the tgv station and 1km from the old port, the neigborhood is ok ,the balcony from the apartement was huge but the sight was not so pretty, very friendly people.

Stayed here for 10 days. The location is great, and for the most part the staff were excellent. However,a few issues. The wifi is poor and for a city hotel to have frustrating wifi is something. I got moved in my stay, part of this was down to a mix up with original booking. None of the rooms had good wifi. I was on third floor. My room wasn't serviced at all when I moved rooms, and while I know they do a full clean once a week,I had no clean towels or bin renewal for several days. The laundry takes money and gives no service. The mafia laundry ;) It swallowed my cash, which was a fuss getting in the first place as the reception desk had no float of change. Nada. A hotel in the city of Marseille without enough change to satisfy the size of the hotel? The guy at desk took my complaint well, and informed me that it wasn't actually the hotel laundry-it's an outside business. Well I suggest they install a change machine,as I had to run out and buy useless stuff from a shop to get change, only to have it swallowed by machine. The guy at reception then fetched his own wallet(as spending more money just to get change again wasn't happening on my part anymore). So the employee is down in cash. The laundry came to life again and the stuff was washed and dried, just feel it shouldn't be a hassle in a hotel that advertises a laundry. Install a change machine and make sure the money reject button works. I suppose my point is,it's a big hotel in a huge city and really shouldn't be running into these kinds of problems. It's close to the port and the main attractions of Marseille and is good for a base to explore.

I would never go back to this apartment hotel. Bad service. Even though the breakfast is "open" until 10.00 the staff start to close it already at 9.40. If you come later there's nothing left. One morning there was no coffee. The machine was broken but they didn't even say anything about it. A very unpleasant stay.
