Very disappointing

We really wanted to love this place. It sounded great in the listing, it looked gorgeous when we arrived, and the location was ideal. Oh, and also the housekeeping was excellent. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. First, the listing said there was a restaurant and bar/lounge -- one of the main reasons we chose this riad -- but there wasn't. That definitely should be removed from their listing. Second, there was no hot water in the shower -- something the owner seemed resistant to believe. But no matter when we tried it or how long the water ran, there was no hot water at all, not even lukewarm. And the inviting sunken tub had no taps, so had no water period, hot or cold. (On the plus side, we took such fast (cold!) showers we were able to get out and explore more quickly!) So while the location was great and it looked pretty, we definitely can't recommend this place.

Beautiful Riad

Loved my stay at O-ly. Stunning to look at, very authentic. Beautiful!!!!! Staff very helpful and caring. Good breakfast. It's not a plush hotel, I stayed in March, nights were cold, the water wasn't very hot, it is located down a tiny alley. For the experience, I sacrificed a bit if luxury. Would stay again.

The staff we met were really friendly, we were only there for one night but feel like I'd go back. Good location to the bustle of marrakesh but was very peaceful place to stay

Zentral gelegenes Riad

Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und wird von ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Inhabern geführt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück konnte hinzu gebucht werden. Hinsichtlich des Gebäudestandarts darf man hingegen keine europäischen Maßstäbe ansetzen.

Riad totalmente recomendable. Excelente personal.

El riad estaba limpio y cada dia limpian tu habitación. Gran desayuno y excelente personal, te sirven el desayuno a la hora que quieras y entrar y salir sin problema de horarios. Muy buena ubicación. Te dan un mapa y sitios a los que poder visitar. La pareja que lleva el riad son encantadores, estas como en tu casa, es bonito y comodo.

A pesar de quedar cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, queda situado entre unas callejuelas solitarias un tanto apartadas de la gente, no recomendable para los miedosos, en la reserva ponia que nos ofrecian una bebida de bienvenida y no se lo que seria pero no nos dieron nada.El ultimo dia vino la dueña corriendo cuando ya nos fuimos del hotel diciendonos que teniamos que pagar 3€ por persona y dia como tasas, no las habiamos pagado porque pensabamos que ya estaba pagado con la reserva del hotel. Deberian de tener mapas de Marrakech ya que sin mapa en Marrakech supone que te puede "ayudar" alguna persona en la calle bajo peticion de un monton de Dirhams y puedes pasar un momento desagradable, con un mapa se evitarian estas cosas

Riad simples e agradável. Excursão desaconselhável

Marquei uma excursão de 2 dias/1 noite a Zagora através do Riad O-ly. A qualidade foi terrível. Mini-van super desconfortável, promessas de paragem nalguns pontos turísticos que não se concretizaram, inexistência de bebidas durante o jantar no deserto, tendas partilhadas com outras pessoas no deserto. Desaconselho vivamente a marcação de excursão através deste Riad.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans ce "riad" qui est en réalité une maison d'hôtes. Pas de boisson de bienvenue alors qu'à la reservation on nous annonce qu'à notre arrivée un thé sera servi. Pas d'eau chaude jusqu'au soir de notre depart. Lavabo bouché. Bref plusieurs points négatifs qui font que jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds là bas et c'est dommage car cela aurait pu se passer dans de meilleures conditions!
