very poor service and overcharging.

The AC did not work in our first room - we had booked 2 different rooms for our stay ( stuck on cold blowing out,) nor the second room, the staff denied there were problems and made us wait hours to test them, when it was clear they didn't work we were assured they would be fixed whilst we eere out or we would be given another room by Bachir the housekeeper. When we returned they were not fixed and we had to go through the whole thing again and were told there were no other rooms. Eventually given another room. We saw an absolutely dirty ac filter being washed. Our bill contained a charge for 6 breakfasts when our booking clearly says free breakfast. As does the hotel website. We had asked in the morning for our bill to be prepared for the evening to allow an early morning departure. We had to spend half an hour with the staff, showing them our printouts and emailing them our bookings before this was accepted. We were charged 130 dirham in advance for a car to the airport which turned out to be a shared grande taxi with 15 dirham on the meter and contained a couple who had paid their hotel 15 euros for the journey. Despite emails to the hotel we have had no reply. Has ownership changed?

A wonderful stay

This Riad was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and made my trip very pleasant. Ahmed and Mohammed made sure I had a tour quide to get around the market for the day. I would definitely come back there again.
