It was our first time in Marrakesh and we stayed 3 nights in Riad Flam. We choose a small room which was large enough to sleep in and prepare for the days. It was a cozy room with large and nice bathroom. Everything was clean at our arrival and during our stay. The personal is really friendly and supports you as good as possible. Special thanks to Omar for his extra tips. Jacuzzy on the rooftop and Pool in center of medina are also nice. We didn't test the Hamam and the Spa but other guests told us it's a pleasure.

charming, small and personal, breakfast included and inch/dinner upon request - a lovely atmosphere and excellent service, also has its own hammam and massage parlour; walking distance from monuments and plaza d'Jaman El Fna

This comfortable Riad is centrally located in the old town and very convenient for Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs. It is beautifully run by Madame Flam, a delightful French lady, who also happens to be one of the best masseuses on the planet. The rooms are elegantly furnished with objets d'art from all over the world, and are perfectly quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but excellent and all of the staff very helpful. Dinner can be provided if required but many guests choose to dine out in the myriad of restaurants nearby. A perfect place to experience the delights of the capital.

Beautiful riad, nice staff excellent spa and Hammam with great massages! I highly recommend it! Nice rooms, everything is so cute and cosy Very good location! !!!! Best place in town! One of the Medina s best kept secret🙂🙂🙂

Booked this Riad through on a half board package and staying in a suite to celebrate my wife and my being together for 25 years. Arrived at the Riad for them to tell us they were not expecting us; we could not have half board as the chef was on holiday; we could only stay in the suite for 3 nights and would then have to move out. Great! They blamed our holiday company who they kept telling us were "robbers" and they had not been paid - they even said that things could be "sorted" if we cancelled our booking with our holiday company and re-booked with them! Hmm. So I had to make numerous calls back to the UK to try and address this - we had to buy food outside the Riad for the first 2 nights. No one helped us with our luggage (as later arrivals were helped). We were made to feel as it was all somehow our fault for booking through an agent that they seem to have a dispute with - at no time did we receive an apology until towards the end of our 7 days when my wife said we would be leaving an awful review. I feel guilty writing this as the Riad is very nice, but our holiday was messed up, and no one has accepted responsibility.

We stayed 3 nights. We booked transfer from airport that costs at least double price than a taxi but when we got outside airport nobody was there. Plenty of drivers from other riads but none from Riad Flam. We had to phone the hotel so they could inform the driver we were waiting for him. It wasn't nice as it was late at night and we were very tired and we had to wait a lot. Anyway you must book their transfer as the riad is in a pedestrain area and somebody from the hotel comes to pick you up and carry yr luggage and show you the way to the riad, from taxi delivery spot. The place is nice but I daresay as most riads (and there are so many ...) in Marrakech. The room was ok, but anything special. Tv didn't worked and they didn't fixed it even if we asked. One of the closet had a bad smell of moist. The bathroom was nice enough, good soap, old and worn out bathrobe, bad and heavy towels that don't dry. Breakfast was basic. Tea, coffee, butter, jam, honey, bread , a sort of crepes or pancakes depending on the day, yogurt, a very sad triangle cheese. A small bowl of fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. No croissant or poultry/beef cold cuts. No cereals or milk. We saw a family from Spain that was having breakfast with the food they had purchased at the supermarket (cold cuts, cheese, etc...) they were bringing out the food from shopping bags... Breakfast time is 8.30 -> 10.30, on our departure day we had to leave at 8. Manager told us we could have breakfast at 7:30 but he lied. Nobody was there at 7.30 and at 8 when we were going away by ourselves with absolutely nobody around ;a half sleeping waitress arrived telling us that breakfast at 7.30 was impossible because none of the staff is never there at that time... the manager simply lied. The evening before we had hammam, we have been charged 25 euro each even if we asked for the 15 euro one... and they charged 3 % for payments with cc on final hotel bill... Location is not very nice but not too far to main city attractions. Overall we should have preferred to quote this riad with 2 stars only, but it's clean, duvet and pillows were very comfortable and they answer to emails and mainly we don't like to give less than 3.

We stayed in Riad Flam end of November for 4 nights. Marrakesh surprised us with really bad weather and the more we enjoyed having an amazing place to come back home to. The place is super nice and peacefull, clean, calm and warm and really close to the old town city centre. The highlights are jacuzzi on a roof top terrace and launch places to chill. Rooms are stylish and clean and I loved the bed sheets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you will not regret.

Clean, spacious, wonderful staff, a romantic and quiet environment makes you want to stay forever. Fabulous food and service. The decor was smart and very much morarocan. We traveled in the city but enjoyed coming back to Raid Flam for relaxation and rest. We meet very nice people there who were also staying and the staff enjoyed servicing us our dinner together the last night. I would return and stay here without question .

Location excellent. Staff and service was outstanding.staff very efficient and helpful. Hotel and rooms were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Spa provides excellent massage. Recommend. Food was good.

The staff is very friendly, the gave us good ideas about what to do in Marrakesch. The tea is perfect. Taste the simple but very good breakfast, try the awesome honey. We had two different rooms, both were very good. The ambience is perfect, i just relaxed there.
