Beautiful Riad in a central location!

Myself, my Husband and our 4 children stayed for 4 nights in Riad Chennaoui around our Sahara Desert trip. The Riad is in a fabulous location so we were able to walk to all of the main places of interest and there was a great selection of places nearby to dine out. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they got up early to serve us breakfast on 2 occasions as we had to leave early for prebooked tours. We loved the relaxed atmosphere in the Riad and felt very much safe and at home. When we came back each day after exploring our hosts came and sat with us and provided us with mint tea at no extra cost. Our room was comfortable and adequate for our needs, we were also offered extra towels and blankets if we needed them. 10/10 for us and we will definitely stay here again as a base next time we visit Morocco :) Thank you!

The room was so boring on evening because nothing to keep you awake, no TV no radio . Bedroom door wasn't safe(lock unsure) Good breakfast. Polite staff and helpful

Très bon accueil.

Le riad est conforme aux photos. Bien situé. Le personnel du riad, Hassane et Soufiane sont le plus du riad: tres serviables, ils sont présent 24/24 et vous accueil toujours avec le sourire et un petit mot gentil. Merci a eux pour cet accueil qui fait qu on s y sent bien .

riad bon rapport qualité-prix mais bruyant

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans ce riad mes filles et moi. L'établissement est très bien situé entre la place Mellah et la place Jama El Fna au coeur de la médina. Nabil, le gérant est gentil et sympathique. Il est très serviable et prépare un bon petit déjeuner. Cependant, les chambres à l'étage sont très bruyantes car les fenêtres ne ferment pas complètement. La salle de bain est rudimentaire. Le toilette et le lavabo de notre chambre étaient très usés. Les serviettes ou draps sont propres mais tachés. De plus, à l'arrivée à l'aéroport, Souad, la propriétaire, nous avait réservé un taxi qui m'a été facturé 15 euros. Pour repartir, j'ai pris un taxi à proximité du riad qui m'a coûté 7 euros. A savoir que pour chaque réservation faite par le riad, la propriétaire touche 20% du prix en servant d'intermédiaire. Lors du paiement de la facture, vous aurez à ajouter les taxes qui ne sont pas comprises dans le prix du riad soit 2,5 par jour et par personne.

Es un riad muy céntrico sin más

Es un riad muy típico con dos plantas muy bonito y céntrico, pero nuestra habitación para 5 personas creo que era la peor, al menos las demás parecían mejor. El lavabo se atascó el primer día y lo arreglaron al cabo de dos días. Los colchones no eran muy cómodos y pasamos frío por las noches. No nos cambiaron las toallas en los 4 días. Sin embargo, entiendo que no podemos comparar estos alojamientos con las referencias de las casas rurales de Europa. El desayuno estaba bien y los trabajadores eran muy simpáticos. Yo creo que sí volvemos a Marrakech iríamos a otro distinto.

Nice Riad, good location, very nice people

Very nice Riad with authentic arabic style, close to Djemaa el Fna and the Medina. Very good service, all the people working there are extraordinary nice, helpful and accommodating, which gives Riad Chennaoui a very familiar atmosphere.

heerlijke riad dichtbij de binnenstad

De riad zag er super mooi uit en was heerlijk rustig! Erg fijn dus om af en toe de drukte van de binnenstad te vermijden. Super goed werkende airco en een heerlijk dakterras. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels. We kregen elke dag een vers ontbijtje en de riad bood meerdere betaalbare excursies aan. Daarnaast was alles heel erg in de Marokkaanse sferen, waardoor het onze vakantie compleet maakte :)!
