Good And Bad

Staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Ayko, Jay and Casper. Went way above and beyond to keep all the guests happy. Food was good, pool was good and as hotel was quiet for the first 10 days, always plenty of sunbeds. Very Disapointed in the room though. Rooms advertised as having aircon in bedroom and sitting room, but as we were in one of the old Greenworld rooms, there was only air con in the bed room. This made it unbearable hot for our kids trying to sleep in the sitting room at night. Location is stunning. Surrounded by tree covered mountains. Dolmus stops right outside the hotel, so ideal for nipping into Icmeler and Marmaris. Again, cant thanks Ayko, Jay and Casper enough for making a fantastic Holiday.

Great for 2-3 days.

The hotel location great, surrounded by mountains. The hotel is over loaded and they are accepting guests to the meals and pools from outside too. It was difficult to find table on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also it was difficult to find place on the pool all seats taken from early morning... This made us always in rush to reserve table and seats (no holiday "relax" mood) The room so noisy day/night because of generator and other rooms ACs. The WiFi and safe-box not free. The staff are wonderful no exception reception, service, restaurant, bar and animation all are very helpful with smile. Animation program are nice, kids would be busy most of the day.

First, there is no forest. Fires took it all in 2021 so there is no forest like you see on this picture, all hills are brown and black. This was our first disappointment. Despite this, overall hotel is good. We visited several 5-star hotels in Turkey for recent months, usually bigger, system network hotels. So if we compare Julian Forest to those - overall good. The territory is not big. Though the slides are OK, food is good and the entertainment team worked well. No sea in around, you need to take the bus which is available. The mountains are there and we drove to some outskirts of Marmaris and could see more mountains so enjoyed it even forests are gone( again, overall good but not super - my advice would be to change the picture to real which i attach. Guests have the right to know what they will see and not have bad surprise i have had
