We really enjoyed our stay at Avlu 4. Our apartment was excellent, spacious and perfect for our needs. This family run hotel has a really nice feel and the family and staff are lovely, helpful and very welcoming. We look forward to returning to Avlu 4 on our next trip to Turkey.

I enjoyed my stay at the Avlu 4 it was out of season and there is no facilities on but it was clean functional and cost effective the manager was very friendly didn't speak English but he had a translator with him so we managed OK

Lovely little apartments!

Just returned from our stay at Avlu 4. We had 2 rooms between 3 of us and cannot fault either of them for the price paid. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Rooms cleaned daily, bedding changed every 3 days. Apartments have all you need to cook basic meals inside should you want to. Rush bar is a 20 second walk away with the main cash machines and bars/ restaurants being a 2 minute walk away so excellent central location. Ate around the pool once ( would have ate here more had the weather been bettter) and food was lovely, excellent value for money. Will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Good location central ,pool lovely and good food served in the bar area. Property has good size room's but have seen better day's some updating needed. Beware no lift on premises so carrying your case's up 4 flight's of stairs a challenge. Overall a good location base with good food but not one i would return to. Murat and family friendly but disappointed with the cleaning did most ourselves told some Confusion with cleaner and we needed to ask for room to be cleaned .

What a lovely find very late in the season. Self catering apartment is lovely, more than I expected. Cold nights, no problem, just put the air conditioning to 30, heats up quickly. Murat is the best host. Lucky i found this place

The hotel is very basic...not even soap in the bathroom, but for the price, it was to be expected. There is a small kitchenette and fridge in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to the water and there is a great bar located next door.

Апарт-отель Авлу4 расположен в тихом месте в 800 метрах от пляжа Ичмелера. Недалёко справа супермаркет Мигрос, слева - Бим. Номер 204, расположен с видом на горы, на западной стороне. Номер состоит из большой гостиной с двумя большими раскладными диванами, с кухонной зоной и спальней. Эл. плита, чайник, посуда - все для комфортного автономного проживания. Все в рабочем состоянии. Мурат, хозяин отеля, с раннего утра до позднего вечера поддерживает все это хозяйство в прекрасном состоянии и решает все вопросы. Бассейн, бар, в котором можно и позавтракать, и пообедать, и поужинать, да и просто посидеть, посмотреть телевизор. Наш отпуск состоял из двух частей, и, уезжая от Мурата в Фетхие, мы подумали, что не последний раз мы здесь. И если доведётся отдыхать в Турции, то Ичмелер и Авлу 4 будут на первом месте.

Otelin bulunduğu bölge çok güzel. Otelin böyle sakin ve huzurlu bir yerde olmasını şahsen ben tercih ediyorum. Sonuç olarak istediğin anda arabaya atlayıp marmarisin en hareketli cluplarına gidebiliyorsun. Söz etmişken kiralık veya şahsi olsun araba kesinlikle şart (sadece bu otele has değil marmarise has bir durum.) Ayrıca Murat Bey'e buradan özel teşekkürlerimi iletmek istiyorum. Oda seçimini yanlış apmamıza rağmen bize yardımcı olup farklı bir odayı hizmete açtılar. Ayrıca çok dürüstler. Haftasonları yenilenme tatillerimiz için adresimiz belli.

Mevkisi iyi apart olarak bence bakıma ihtiyacı vardı. Çeşme akıyor ve kimsenin umrunda değil gibi geldi eksik mutfak malzemeleri. Şampuan sabun hatta bulaşık süngerinizi alın elbette olmalı demiyorum ama eksik ise de bilmekte fayda var bence. Çok büyük beklenti olmasın sabah güneşi havuz bölümüne doğuyor ve bence klima yetmiyor oda sıcak oluyor.

Murat and his staff are very kind and hospitable. There's a laundromat around the corner; a 10 minute scenic walk to the beach. The negatives are 1) no elevator 2) if you need a big room with more than 1 bed there's only air conditioning in one room 3) there's a ton of noise from music at local bars till 1am 4) the pool closes at 7pm. The positives: 1) great area and price 2) the staff 3) the breakfast (please add fruits). I would give it a 4 star and recommend. Thank you.

What's unique are the people who own the hotel. Incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely nice. If you choose to eat at the hotel you will find the food fantastic. We stayed at the hotel and met several couples who make regular trips to stay here. I don't think you can get a better recommendation.

Very close to the İçmeler beach by walking it takes 7-8 minutes. There are a lot of markets near the hotel. And there is a swimming pool. It is not big one but is okay for a sunbath.
