Staff was very friendly, breakfast was okay, the young girl working the breakfast was super nice and very attentive. The room and hallway was freezing when we got there. Just started to fall asleep and started hearing water running, checked the bathroom and it was getting flooded from water from above us. Called front desk to let them know. Within 10 minutes they found the problem, a pipe froze on the top floor and burst. They quickly moved us to an upgraded room. Other than the flooding issue I would stay there again. The staff responded quickly.

Room was not in very good condition. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, got a room with two double beds. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good, but I think maybe it was because the shower head needs to be replaced.

The room was clean, staff was pleasant, and amenities were good. Downfall was the hotel had an odd smell and the beds were very hard. Overall though, a good hotel with good prices!

I'm over 6ft tall but the shower head was at chest height and couldn't be raised. The sheer curtains were missing so we had to leave the blackout curtains closed until we were fully dressed making the room dark and depressing. The electric lighting in the room was very dim. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
