The property is located on top of a very tight housing hill with narrow streets and steep terrain, though it does give the illusion of seclusion. The house itself was very clean and had a unique layout. There are some cosmetic imperfections, such as peeling paint, minor cracks and holes, with a few stains here and there.The beds and furniture are comfortable, and the home offers many useful accommodations. It is handicap accessible on the ground level; however, this does not include access to the kitchen or dining areas.Overall, we would stay here again. That said, the price felt a bit high for what was offered compared to other places we’ve stayed.Not here: keurig, barbecue grill, barhroom top level in master bedroom or mirror, fire pit, water pressure in showers. Here: unique layout, deer in the morning outside the window, comfortable beds and pillows, updated appliances, king size bed, access through garage.

Host provided excellent instructions and information prior to arrival. Easy to find house. House was very clean and well set up for our family. Everything worked very well. Electronics we easy to use as was everything in the kitchen. Well stocked as advertised. We will return.

Wonderful space. Great views from the balcony. Kind of an interesting neighborhood w narrow streets and parking and congestion. Cabin could benefit from some coat hooks/racks near the entry and towel bars in the bathrooms. Also, a Keurig was listed as an amenity but it is a drip Mr. Coffee. I am the only one who drinks coffee so it felt like a waster to make even half a pot. Overall though, we really enjoyed he space. By the grace of the almighty (or the hosts) there was as skillet fit to make an omelette.

The house is cozy and the beds are comfortable. It was really close to my in-laws home in Vienna, West Virginia. The hill is very steep and unsettling when driving at night. So, arriving in the day would be recommended. Walmart also delivers there which is a plus. The basement floor room doesn’t have a closet and the stairs are steep, but we managed just fine. My mom stayed on the second floor and the kiddos stayed on the third floor because climbing the spiral staircase was easier for them to climb. Just be mindful of the hill and the stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The host provided ample amount of towels, toiletries, and the kitchen was well stocked for basic and daily cooking. The view at night is pretty cool and seeing the Ohio river in the morning is a beautiful sight.

The stay was great!! Only complaint was not crazy about the drive up to the house. I thought our roads were narrow here in Charleston lol anyway other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

over all the stay was nice, it was as described in listing. very clean had everything you needed to make your stay more comfortable. The only thing that I did not like was the drive way and the steepness of it, other then that it was very nice.

Very clean, nicely decorated. The pillows on the main floor bed were heavenly. The kitchen appeared to be well supplied but we did not really cook any meals since our stay was short. The living area could use a lamp for soft lighting. Our teenaged grandkids loved having the loft area. Good experience.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! There were 7 of us and we all fit comfortably. The hill getting up to the property was steep, but it was the summer so there were no issues in a typical car. The views from the deck were awesome, we sat out there often enjoying a meal or morning coffee. The kitchen had lots of room and instructions for maintaining and closing up the house were easy and clear. The air conditioning worked great in the 90 heat but the loft room tended to get a bit warm (the fans provided helped that though). We loved how it was so close to everything. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We would stay here again!

Everything was perfect!!! The house is secluded, but only a few minutes from downtown Marietta. We all loved how comfortable the beds were. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. I loved that all the information you need is sent at check-in and all in one place. We would like to come back and stay longer!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Even though there were many homes around it, the positioning of this one on the hill made it feel like we were in a much more secluded area, and we even had a few deer visitors in the backyard in the morning. The house was clean and comfortable with simple yet beautiful decor.

Beautiful Home

The house was absolutely beautiful. It had a gorgeous view off the balcony. There was deer out in the yard which was really cool ! My family said next time we come back we will definitely stay here if it is available!!

Adorable place!

This house is just as cute as pictured. I would definitely book here again. The only downside is the driveway can be a bit difficult to find at first if you’re arriving at night. Should be fine during the day because you can see like numbers on the mailboxes. Jessi answers very quickly and was awesome to book with!
