Location was perfect....easy walk to the beach and the community pool was wonderful. My young son loved that. The condo was clean and worked great for us. There was a little bit of noise the last two days when the upstairs unit was rented but nothing that severe.

Awesome Stay

This property is just as described. We had everything we needed and super convenient to public beach access. It is decorated beautifully and worked great for our group of four. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

V clean, manager very responsive, loved the location right across road from beautiful beach and close to restaurants .. property could benefit from more comfortable master bed mattress/bedding and new lounge chairs in the spacious lanai.

Location, location, location

The property is as close as you can get to the beach for a reasonable cost.Very nice first floor corner unit.Master bath shower has literally to best shower-head I have ever seen!We had a couple of minor issues, but the manager was very helpful and addressed all promptly.Would stay here again.

Great spot for a family of 6

Clean comfy condo with ideal location for beach access. Heated swimming pool was great for the kids. Nothing fancy but perfect for a small family.

Excellent vacation!

This property was everything it was advertised to be. We had everything we needed. The location was super convenient to the public access to the beach. It was clean and decorated lovely. We will hopefully be back and this rental will definitely be on our list.

Convenient and clean

Although not directly on the water, it only takes 2 minutes to get to the beach.. Close to multiple quality restaurants… Pool was ver comfortable.

Great location and comfort

The apartment was in an excellent location right across the beach access. It was very comfortable and kitchen fully furnished with anything you may need. Plenty of board games for family fun. Great communication with manager. A wonderful family vacation.

Great location

The location of the condo to the proximity of the beach is fantastic. The condo had all of the amenities and was very clean. The only downside was not being able to lock it from the outside leaving the lanai so you still had to walk out of the backside of the condo to go to the beach unless you are comfortable leaving it unlocked. We loved not having to pay for public parking and not walking several blocks to go to the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach gear that the condo offered and the wagon to pull it in. The pool at the condo is well maintained and very clean. Everyone was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

Fantastic stay on beautiful Marco Island

We just returned from a 2 week stay at this wonderful condo. Everything was just as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Its very close to the beach access and there are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc to use. The property manager was quick to answer with any (minor) issues or questions during the stay. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful and Relaxing Time

Very convenient location for daily visits to the Beach. We used the wagon, chairs and umbrella. Loved drinking my coffee on the Lanai in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We bought groceries and cooked almost very day. Loved having the convenience of a washer and dryer. Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Peaceful Beach Vacay

Our family came down for a much needed getaway. Couldn't have asked for a better place and awesome location. The condo is located on the corner where the public beach access is. We had toes in the sand within 5 minutes of walking out the door. With that said, we were never bothered by outside street noise or foot traffic. Condo was very nice! Beautifully decoration and beachy cozy. The rental agency was very responsive to our needs/requests during our stay. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a very peaceful vacay.

Enjoyable condo

This is a well stocked and very clean unit across the street from the beach. Due to it being the end unit it benefits from extra windows and sunlight. The lanai is well appointed and the unit comes with a beach cart, chairs and umbrella which is a huge bonus. The pool area is well kept and comes with a gas grill. Most days there was never a problem finding pool chairs even when the building was busy. Restaurants and some shopping a short walk away.

Steps away from beach & great pool

Very short and extremely safe walk to beach across Collier Blvd.(next to crossing area that takes you directly to beach). 2 full baths & 3 bdr. Kitchen was very adequately equipped for eating in condo. (We cooked in all breakfasts, lunches, and 4 dinners in with no problems). Drip coffee maker + Keureg. Grandkids called it best spring break ever! Great area and great vacation-even for grandparents! Would definitely recommend this place, even for a longer stay! Checkout time at 10am is only negative. Great place, Great stay!

Location, Location, Location!

This is a fantastic, well equipped, perfectly located condo on south Marco Island. We would definitely stay here again. This was the first time we did not stay on a beach front property on Marco Island and I was a bit hesitant. I was pleasantly surprised. This unit is optimally located a stone's throw from one of the few public beach access points on the south end of Marco Island. The condo complex is very well maintained, the common pool is fine if you don't want to go to the beach and Marco Walk Plaza is a short walk or a less then 5 min drive away. The rooms are very nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for a family (though my husband and I were this trip's guests). The master bedroom and secondary bedroom are on opposite sides of the unit for plenty of privacy. The master has a reasonably comfortable king sized bed and an on suite bathroom. There are 2 closets and a window seat in addition to a TV. The master bedroom is just off of the living room. The other bedroom which has a bottom double bed, top single bed bunk bed is on the opposite side of the unit so little ones could easily not be disturbed for naps and an earlier bed time. There are a number of family board games in the closet if staying indoors is in order. There also is a small non windowed room with a single bed for a nap or time out room. The washer and dryer are super convenient as is the other full bathroom. The dining room area is well lit and the kitchen is well equipped with kitchen tools, flatware, knives, dishes, bake wear and pots and pans. No staples other than a few cleaning items and paper towels are provided but I would rather buy my own to assure freshness. The refrigerator and freezer are large and there is a good sized pantry. Grocery stores are a short drive away. The lanai, or screened in porch, faces the gulf so you can see a slice of the gulf sky between the buildings on the beach. The screened in area faces the west so it is cooler in the morning. The closet there is equipped with somewhat used but very useful beach gear including some sand chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a beach cart to take your day's worth of items to the beach. As this is a corner unit there is plenty of sunlight and the overall feel is fresh and well maintained. My only minor, and I mean minor complaint, is the living room couch has seen better days and isn't very supportive for sitting. The occasional chairs and the dining room chairs are easy substitutes. The cable (and if you have streaming services) access is terrific as is the internet. We hope to return to this wonderful condo on our favorite island to go shelling for the wonderful Marco Island seashells.
