ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK.
This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront corner unit on the 10th floor boasts breathtaking views of the crescent beach. The master bathroom has been recently updated with all-tile finishes, and the unit is equipped with three TVs and a DVD player. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room offers twin beds. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are included. Amenities comprise a heated pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, and tennis courts. Located next to the Apollo, there is an on-site restaurant, and a short 10-minute walk north from the parking lot provides access to additional dining, a movie theater, and mini-golf.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

Perfect Location - Perfect Condo

We have stayed at Sea Winds one other time. Both times have been so easy! Renting through VRBO and having Marco Island Rental Properties take care of everything was great. This condo has everything you will need for a day at the beach, or relaxing on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous gulf. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, etc). It was also nice to have beach towels and chairs to use - that's huge! Photos are exactly what you get. Will definitely try to rent this condo again in the future - can't wait to get back!

The condo was perfect. If you’ve never rented a corner unit you must. Views were to die for. The area was extremely quiet this time of year and restaurant opportunities limited. But the beach and condo were beautiful
