Erholsame Tage und Ruhe

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage und die Ruhe genossen. Die angegebenen Meter zum Meer sind überaus optimistisch zu sehen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man für einen größeren Einkauf jedesmal nach Pula fahren muss. Es gibt allerdings einen kleinen Supermarkt in Peruski.

Sehr gut, kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Villa ist super, hat alles was man braucht. Zum Strand muß man leider mit Auto fahren,zu Fuß ist es sehr weit. Der Pool ist super groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit 8 Personen. Danke für alles war schön bei euch. Würde die Villa weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Das Anwesen ist im Großen und Ganzen sehr Schön gehalten. Für 6 Personen optimal, mit einem kleinem Manko der Küche. Hier wird es bald etwas eng, wenn alle etwas im Kühlschrank ablegen wollen . Etwas gestört hat uns die Angabe des Strandes. Zu Fuß ist dieser zwar in ~20 Min. bergab begehbar, jedoch nicht wirklich optimal. Mit dem Auto kann man schnell in eine nahe Bucht fahren, dort hätte man dann auch gute Liegeplätze und eine Bar. Für einen etwas Abgelegenen Urlaub im Haus oder wenn man kein Problem mit dem Autofahren hat ist das Haus gut. Nach Pula muss man je nach Verkehr jedoch 35-45 Minuten Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen!

Härligt hus med stor pool

Huset var väldigt fint med härlig tomt inkl pool Lite avsides kanske men helt ok. Nära strand har jag lite frågor om. Det går inte att gå till ”stranden” utan räkna med bil ca 10 minuter

Sehr schöne Finka, etwas abgelegen aber sehr sauber und modern.

Das Haus hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Es liegt recht abgelegen im Osten von Istrien. Zum Einkaufen musste man 30min bis nach Pula fahren. Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht so einfach zu finden. Sobald man ihn erreicht, ist es aber wunderbar! Sehr idyllisch mit schönem Blick aufs Meer.

Schönes Haus mit super Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Haus und es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool haben einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine Baustelle. Bei der Übergabe wurde uns aber schon mitgeteilt, dass Bauarbeiten in der Saison verboten sind, somit gab es hier auch keine Belästigung. Eine Liege am Pool war gebrochen, da aber genügend Ersatz vorhanden war hat dies nicht gestört. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus wieder buchen und es weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Eine Woche lang durften wir die Villa Casa Mia unser Zuhause nennen. Wir wurden gleich sehr warmherzig empfangen. Marijan und seine Familie sind wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was wir in dieser Form nicht erwartet hätten. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus. Das ganze Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlt hier wirklich an Nichts. Selbst der Außenbereich mit Grillstation, Pool und Garten ist ansprechend gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden. Als Sahnehäubchen wird man zudem mit einem tollen Meerblick belohnt.

The owner Marijan and his family were really good hosts. They were welcoming and friendly, and easy to reach. The house was beautiful and clean, and it has a great view of the sea. Both house and hosts by far excedded our expectations.

Der perfekte Urlaub!!!

Es empfing uns eine wunderschöne modern eingerichtete Villa .Wir (4 Erw. Und 3 Kinder zwischen 13-15 Jahren) haben alles vorgefunden was das Herz begehrt. Marjan und seine Familie hat uns so gastfreundlich empfangen wie wir es noch nirgends sonst erlebt hatten .Selbst landestypisch und "super lecker" bekocht haben Sie uns an einem Abend. Es hat aber auch an überhaupt gar nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, sauber und jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Garten, Pool, Grill, Schaukel, Lounge-Ecke,Ping Pong, beschattete Ess-Ecke.... Alles vorhanden!!!! Küche mindestens so gut ausgestattet wie zuhause... Also wie schon gesagt.....PERFEKT!!!! VIelen Dank noch einmal an Marjan und seine ganze Familie!!!

Wir (4 Mädels) können das Haus nur weiter Empfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen - diesmal allerdings 2 Wochen, statt einer Woche. Danke für so einen schönen Urlaub.

Nicht zu letzt da Marian und seine Familie immer sehr lieb, zuvorkommend und hilfsbreite waren. Ein Ferienhaus und Ort, an welchem wir gerne auch noch eine zweite Woche geblieben wären.

Super Urlaub in Kroatien

Unser Urlaub in Kroatien war im Ferienhaus von Marian und seiner Familie ein absolutes Highligth des Jahres. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem eingerichtet, was das Herz begehrt. Man konnte auf der Terrasse und am Pool schöne Sommerabende genießen und auch am Meer war das Erholen einfach. Sehr sauberes Wasser und dass kein Sand am Strand ist, hat man nicht vermisst. Der Urlaub ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert, aber eine Anreise mit Auto ist ein Muss. Ausflüge in die Umgebung und in die Städte sind lohnenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal für diese tolle Möglichkeit und auch für die herzliche Aufnahme und Betreuung

Sehr schön Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Ihrem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es gab genug Platz für unsere „kleine Großfamilie“ mit vier Kindern. Unsere Kinder haben sich meist im Garten aufgehalten, Der See hat uns super gefallen und war ideal für die Kinder. Auch Ihre Hausverwalterin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

CASA MIA

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Selbst für Kinder ist dieses Grundstück richtig gut. Nach dem Grillen lassen sich im Schwimmbad schöne Abende beim Sonnenuntergang verbringen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Für Gruppen auch perfekt geeignet da mehrere Schlafzimmer! Die Betreuung durch die Familie vor Ort ist auch bestens organisiert! Vielen Dank für alles und bis nächstes Jahr :-)
