Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. The house itself is a really nice layout, with some separate living areas so different family groups / members had both space and areas to congregate and hangout. The pool and spa were big hits with the family, as were the patio and porch areas. Love the fans, Sonos speakers, and tvs all over, especially outdoors on the back deck area. We did have a few (minor) issues with the house: one tv was on the fritz, blind battery packs ran out, a few others, but the biggest challenge was getting the pool and spa heat to work. We were there in March, with really hot daytime weather but colder weather in the evening. However, the property management company was fantastic at addressing items as they came up, and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Serenity specifically was super helpful, both in terms of getting issues handled as well as some guidance on local hiking area. D’Anthony was also really great, as he came to fix a few of those issues for us. We also took advantage of the concierge service to pick up and unpack groceries for us the day we arrived, as we got in well after midnight. Having groceries there already unloaded was a game changer. We would definitely consider staying at this house again. And we would absolutely seek out Horseshoe Bay Living properties, as their customer care and attention to detail really helped make our stay and vacation that much better.
