The property has been completely renovated and redecorated, providing guests comfortable and fresh accommodation in one of the most popular areas in Marbella. Guests have the beach less than 100metres from their front door!
The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the newly fitted bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for those clients wishing to cook from their holiday home (fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, kettle and toaster). The dining area has seating for 4 guests.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). The room is bathed in natural light from the large terrace windows, which provide fantastic views of the iconic Marbella lighthouse (El Faro), the marina and the sea. On the terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area, from where these views can be enjoyed. The terrace also has an awning that can be extended to protect from the sun.

Lovely Marbella Location & View.
We really liked staying here. It was a well equipped and clean apartment. Sofa thought was uncomfortable. The constant loading, cleaning up, emptying 24/7 of bins on street below by Marbella Council workers can be noisy.
