This is a beautiful family house located on the first line of the beach of Costabella, in the area of Marbella East.
This fantastic townhouse, of 220 m², consists of 4 floors. On the second floor you will find a kitchen, with all kinds of utensils, which will allow you to feel at home: from microwave, refrigerator and oven, to toaster, coffee maker and, of course, a table for 8 people, and a breakfast bar for 2 more people, ideal for you and your guests. In addition, the kitchen is integrated into a spacious living room, which has 2 sofas, an armchair, a Smart TV, a fan and a fireplace, all this to make you as comfortable and at ease as possible. On this floor you will also find a small toilet.
On the other hand, on the second floor, you will have available a patio and 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the other with two single beds; in addition to air conditioning and a large balcony, in each one, whose beautiful views of the beach and great sea views will not leave you indifferent at all, allowing you are also that natural light is always present while the sun is on the horizon. All this added to 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite.
Finally, on the fourth floor you will find a wonderful terrace, with a table for 4 people, where you can enjoy a glass of champagne, and two hammocks, whose views of the sea and the beach will leave you enchanted; and, on the bottom floor a parking/storage room.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
All this in the urbanization Urb. El Arenal, which has a beautiful communal pool (open 10:00-21:00 throughout the year, subject to availability variation) in which to cool off on the hottest days, which will not be very complicated considering our Mediterranean climate, and direct access to the beach of Costabella.
The location is also something to highlight, because this property is located in Costabella, a privileged area of Marbella, where you can find fabulous beach bars like the Luuma Beach Restaurant, the Bono Beach Marbella, the NOSSO Summer Club Marbella or the Hipopotamos Beach Bar; as well as a multitude of restaurants like the Restaurant/Pizzeria Captain Cook or, if you feel like trying the most typical Spanish gastronomy, the Restaurant Las Flores, located in Avenida de Playas Andaluzas. And another great point in favor of the area in which this property is located is the sport, with great golf courses such as Santa Clara Golf Marbella or Rio Real Golf or gyms like the Royal Tennis Club Marbella.
Last but not least, if you travel by car, just 10 minutes away you will have the center of Marbella and, 15 minutes away, the great tourist attraction of Puerto Banus; places where leisure and entertainment options multiply, making boredom not even a possible option during the time you stay here.
